Information Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Spirit earth LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping & Handling
All product orders will be charged for shipping. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. C.O.D is not available. We only deliver  to the Continental US at this time. There is no minimum purchase requirement however a flat shipping and handling fee of $10.00 will apply to orders less than $40.00.

Accepted Forms of Payment
VISA or MasterCard only. Declined payments will be automatically charged a $35.00 fee.

All Sales are Final.

Unconcealed Damages
We are not responsible for damages which occur during or after shipping. In the event that you should receive a package that has been opened or damaged; MAKE SURE the driver notes this fact on his delivery sheet for inspection. If you do not; then you have accepted the package in good condition and you take responsibility for the products.
