Shipping & Handling Terms

1.  Shipping & Handling:   All product orders will be charged an additional fee. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery on all domestic orders and 15-30 days on international orders. All visual display, fragile and custom made orders will require additional time. Rush orders are available upon request however will incur additional charges. C.O.D is not available. Please allow an additional 30 business days for StartUp Orders.

2.  Minimum Requirements:   All orders must meet a minimum purchase of $200.00. StartUp orders for wholesale will be determined by Spirit Earth on an indivisual vendor basis.

3.  Accepted Forms of Payment:   All StartUp orders must be prepaid before processing. All re-orders will be charged at the time order is ready to ship. Declined payments will be automatically charged a $35.00 fee. We accept business VISA or MasterCard only.

4.  Cancellations:   There are NO Cancellations. All SALES ARE FINAL so be very sure at the time of ordering that everything is correct.

5.  Unconcealed Damages:   We are not responsible for damages which occur during or after shipping. In the event that you should receive a package that has been opened or damaged; MAKE SURE the driver notes this fact on his delivery sheet for inspection. If you do not; then you have accepted the package in good condition and you take responsibility for the products.

6.  Damages:   Call our office within 24 hours to report the damage. Request a Return Authorization Code from Spirit Earth LLC so you may be credited and products may be resent to you immediately.

7.  Problem With Your Order:   We hope not but please if there is anything wrong with your order, please call us immediately so that we may assist you.

8.  International Orders:   Applies to all customers not located in the Continental United States.

All international orders must be pre-approved and pre-paid.
We only accept Business VISA or MasterCard with bank and billing information verification.
All transactions will be in US dollars.
All international wholesale orders must meet a starting minimum order of $1000 US dollars. Re-orders must meet minimum of $500 US dollars.
Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and freight. Additional shipping charges may apply.
All transactions are final.

Please Note:  The continued ordering, sales, distribution and products being used for business purposes shall constitute my acceptance and agreement to comply with any and all Spirit Earths Terms & Conditions, Policies & Procedures, Business Manuals and Training Guides.  I understand that said Terms & Conditions, Policies & Procedures, Business Manuals and Training Guides may be amended at any time, and from time to time, at the sole discretion of Spirit Earth LLC and I herein expressly agree to comply with, any and all such amendment thereto. Notification of any said amendments will be communicated via e-mail or online.
